OK, so I decided to stop thinking about it and instead go ahead and launch a blog about Canadian baseball.

As noted in the tagline, the purpose of Canadian Baseball is to give a Canadian take on America’s National Pastime. My goal is to describe how the game works here in Canada, highlight Canadian baseball programs, and highlight the performances of Canadian players.

I am a parent of a high-school player from Nova Scotia who is working hard to see how far he can go in the game. I plan to share some of the things I have learned, and will learn, about the path(s) for Canadian baseball players to help other parents and players with their journey.
